We were pleased to find that the friendly staff were accommodating to our needs, going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. the great breakfast offered was a hit with the kids, and having a microwave and fridge in the room made it convenient for us to store snacks and drinks for the little ones. the shared shower and toilet were more than adequate for our family, and we found the room to be spotless and well-maintained. Despite being in close proximity to larger hotel chains like Marriott and Best Western, the Balmoral & Terrace Guest Houses stood out for its charm and excellent service. Overall, our experience at the guest houses was pleasant and hassle-free, with ample car parking available at no extra cost. We would highly recommend this accommodation to other families looking for a comfortable and affordable stay near the Stadium of Light.
